My interest in the delivery of Software Solutions started early in my career ~30 years ago when delivering innovative software solutions to the MOD. The complexity of the solution coupled with the organisational change management initiatives and business process re-engineering opportunities provided such an interesting and challenging opportunity. This insight provided the foundation for a career that has covered both the delivery management and the leadership of delivery management teams across projects and programmes with customer organisations in the delivery of:

• Global Financial Services and Trading application solutions,

• Global Cable, Mobile and Telco Services Delivery (High Speed, Internet, Digital TV, VoIP for both consumers and business services) Solutions

• Global Manufacturing ERP Solutions

• Global Legal ERP solutions across Case, Matter, Practice, HRS, Payroll and CRM

• Transition to SaaS and Cloud based Solutions across the Legal sector and a diverse section of UK based SMEs.

In the last 12-15 years the focus has very much switched to the leadership of transitioning to Cloud and SaaS based solutions and the opportunities these present to organisations in their ability to embrace the agility in which they need to operate and allow their application environments to support their strategies in maximizing their use of technology, working practices and their teams to deliver on their ambitions.
